What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the practice of intentionally guiding and controlling the breath to influence your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in both ancient healing traditions and modern therapeutic techniques, breathwork helps you tap into your body's natural ability to release stress, process emotions, and restore balance.
Through conscious breathing patterns, breathwork invites you to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, quiet the mind, and awaken the body’s innate wisdom. It can be done in group or individual settings, virtually or in-person, and is accessible to people of all experience levels.

Inspire Breathwork
At Inspire Breathwork, we believe that sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is to take a deep breath—literally. We specialize in a powerful somatic breathing technique, one of many breathwork modalities, that has been used for thousands of years across various cultures to help people release stress, process emotions, and heal from the inside out. Think of it as a time-tested, all-natural way to hit the reset button on your nervous system—without needing to book a pricey retreat in the mountains (unless you want to, of course).
Life has a way of piling things on—stress, responsibilities, and, let’s be honest, a few unresolved emotions from that one awkward moment in middle school. As spiritual beings navigating a very human experience, we go through ups and downs that sometimes leave a lasting impact on our minds and bodies. Whether it’s stress from daily life or deeper emotional wounds from the past, these experiences can get stored in our nervous system, throwing things out of balance like a Wi-Fi signal that just won’t stay connected. And when your nervous system is out of whack, it can lead to all sorts of mental, emotional, and physical struggles—because, let’s face it, ignoring stress doesn’t make it disappear (even if we wish it did).

Founder
Hi, I’m Angie — Certified Breathwork Facilitator, founder of Inspire Breathwork, and self-proclaimed “crunchy mom” who loves plant medicine, raves, roller skating, and writing. My journey to breathwork hasn’t been a straight line — I’ve been a cosmetologist, phlebotomist, nail tech, personal trainer, body contourist, and now, breathwork guide.
Each chapter came with its own lessons, challenges, and reinventions. I first experienced breathwork in 2019 during a dark season in my life. In just one session, I released years of stuck energy and emotion, and I knew I’d found something life-changing. That spark eventually led me to train and certify with Soma+IQ so I could guide others to their own breakthroughs.
Today, I live with my amazing life partner, our three children, one cat, and more plants than I can count.
