1. Session Bookings & Deposits

We ask for a non-refundable deposit when you book a session—this helps reserve your space and honor the time set aside for your healing. If you need to cancel, your deposit isn’t refundable, but you’re welcome to apply it toward a rescheduled session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.

• ​Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time and no-shows forfeit their deposit or the full session fee.

3. Content & Use of the Site

You’ll find blog content, email resources, and session descriptions here—feel free to use them for your personal growth, but please don’t redistribute or republish without permission.

4. Your Experience

All sessions are offered with intention, care, and on a voluntary basis. If you're managing health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning breathwork.

While breathwork is generally safe, it may bring up strong emotions. Participating means you're doing so at your own comfort level. Inspire Breathwork is not liable for personal emotional responses.
