Breathwork uses conscious control of the breath to influence the mind, body, and emotions. It can calm the nervous system, release tension, boost energy, and improve focus. Different techniques and session lengths create unique results — from quick, revitalizing resets to longer, deeper journeys that foster emotional release, expanded awareness, and deep relaxation. Each session is tailored to your needs, supporting balance, clarity, and overall well-being.

Breathwork Sessions

All sessions include 5–15 minutes before and after for discussion and optional journaling, and this time is part of the total session length. The active breathing is guided with music and themed prompts, with lengths varying for 1:1 clients and type of session.

Our most immersive breathwork experience — a full 60 minutes of active conscious breathing designed to take you deep within. This extended session allows enough time to move beyond the surface layers of stress and resistance, reaching into the subconscious for profound emotional release, expanded awareness, and deep energetic and emotional healing. It’s best for those ready to explore transformation at a soul level, reconnect with their inner truth, and experience lasting shifts in mind, body, and spirit.

A short, low-intensity 15-minute breathwork session designed for consistency and everyday balance. This is your go-to when you want to ground, reset, or refocus — whether it’s first thing in the morning, during a midday pause, or before bed. Think of it as a mental and energetic tune-up: simple, sustainable, and effective for maintaining your connection to breath and body between deeper sessions.

A medium-intensity 30-minute session that helps you release built-up tension and emotional weight while regaining clarity and balance. The Reset is perfect when you need a powerful midweek recharge — long enough to move energy and emotions, yet gentle enough for regular practice. You’ll leave feeling lighter, centered, and re-energized, making it ideal for maintaining emotional hygiene and mental clarity without diving as deep as a full Journey.

Join our group breathwork experiences, offered both in-person and online. These sessions bring the added power of shared energy and collective healing, creating a space for connection and inspiration.
In-person classes are hosted pop-up workshop style across the Central Coast, often in collaboration with other local businesses to create unique and uplifting experiences. Classes are available in both Journey and Reset formats.
We currently offer a weekly Reset class in partnership with the City of Arroyo Grande, and one free community session online each month — open to all.
