CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULES: Required within 24 hours of appointment start time.

PAYMENTS AND FEES:

• 1:1 sessions (online or in-person)— must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee.

• Private Group sessions— pricing varies and must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your quote to secure your appointment. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee.

• Classes— Must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Grace period— Arrivals later than 10 minutes will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.
