Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULES: Required at least 24 hours before the appointment start time. PAYMENTS AND FEES: 1:1 SESSIONS (online or in-person) must be paid in full before your appointment start time. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee. PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS— Pricing varies and must be paid in full or with an agreed-upon deposit amount to secure your appointment. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee. CLASSES— Must be paid in full at the time of booking or as soon as possible. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable. GRACE PERIOD— Arrivals later than 10 minutes, or as stated otherwise for special circumstances, will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.
