Service Description
Our most immersive breathwork experience, featuring 1 hour of active breathing. This intense session guides you deeply, often resulting in profound emotional releases, expanded awareness, and lasting transformation and healing across the mind, body, and spirit. Each session also includes a 10–20 minute period before and after for setting intentions, sharing insights, learning breathing techniques, reviewing logistics, and optional journaling.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULES: Required at least 24 hours before the appointment start time. PAYMENTS AND FEES: 1:1 SESSIONS (online or in-person) must be paid in full before your appointment start time. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee. PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS— Pricing varies and must be paid in full or with an agreed-upon deposit amount to secure your appointment. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee. CLASSES— Must be paid in full at the time of booking or as soon as possible. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable. GRACE PERIOD— Arrivals later than 10 minutes, or as stated otherwise for special circumstances, will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.
