Service Description
A free, no-pressure chat to explore Breathwork, ask questions, and share your goals. This call is for anyone curious about the practice or wanting clarity before their first session. Together, we’ll see if it feels like the right fit for you! Please specify in the message box if you'd prefer a regular phone call or an online face-to-face Zoom call.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULES: If you are unable to attend your session, please cancel online or inform your facilitator as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before the session start time. GRACE PERIOD— Arrivals later than 10 minutes will no longer be able to join and will be considered a no-show.
