A free, no-pressure chat to explore Breathwork, ask questions, and share your goals. This call is for anyone curious about the practice or wanting clarity before their first session. Together, we’ll see if it feels like the right fit for you.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULES: Required within 24 hours of appointment start time. PAYMENTS AND FEES: 1:1 sessions (online or in-person)— must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee. Private Group sessions— pricing varies and must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your quote to secure your appointment. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a $25 fee. Classes— Must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations/reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable. Grace period— Arrivals later than 10 minutes will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.
